  1. Exhibit space will be reserved when we are in receipt of the Exhibitor Registration form and payment in full. They may be sent to: NJAGC, PO Box 667, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 
  2. Please make checks payable to the New Jersey Association for Gifted Children (NJAGC). 
  3. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and exhibit locations will be assigned accordingly. 
  4. A letter of confirmation detailing specific conference information for exhibitors and displayers will be sent to all exhibitors and vendors by January 31, 2010. 
  5. Exhibitors are responsible for transporting all exhibit and display materials to the conference.
  6. The Conference Center has asked that we adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Do not send any materials in advance of Thursday, March 4th. NJAGC will receive shipped materials ONLY on March 4th and 5th.

  • Nothing can be taped to walls. All table displays must be free standing or rest on the table.

  • All tables have Internet wireless access. SOME tables have access to electricity for a fee of $25 per day.

  • Bring your own extension cords.

  • Fee structure for table space (6’x30’) is based on Premier, High or Moderate visibility. ALL tables are in traffic patterns for easy access by conference attendees. See enclosed map for table locations.

  • Displays may be set up between 7:15 and 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 4th and Friday, March 5, 2010.

  • All exhibits are the responsibility of the exhibitors. The Conference Center will not permit set up before 7:15 a.m.

  • Displays must remain intact until the end of the conference day — 4 p.m.  Exhibitors staying Thursday and Friday can remain in place.

  • It is suggested that you bring a covering for your table when exhibit hours are over.

  • Please check in at the NJAGC registration table before setting up your exhibit to receive your packet, table location and badge(s).

  • Each exhibitor must reserve and pay for a specific number of tables. Due to space constraints, exhibitors are asked to refrain from bringing freestanding display cases or shelves into the display area.

  • We invite you to enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast that will be available on Thursday and Friday mornings.

  • NJAGC will provide a complimentary buffet lunch to one vendor per table on Thursday and Friday. Additional vendor buffet lunches may be purchased for $16 each. Please indicate additional lunches on the Exhibitor  Registration Form.
